2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions, scope, or material requirements differ from those assessed. Any variations will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work is undertaken.

Prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Work is scheduled upon confirmation of a quote and receipt of any agreed deposit. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, but Driveways Gate Auckland is not liable for delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are as follows:

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of works.
  • Overdue invoices may incur a late payment fee.

We accept payment by bank transfer and other methods as agreed. All invoices are issued in accordance with New Zealand GST requirements.

5. Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. All installations are carried out by qualified and insured professionals. If you experience any defect arising directly from our workmanship within 12 months of project completion, we will return to assess and remedy the issue at no additional charge, subject to normal use and conditions.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, ground movement, weather events, or lack of reasonable maintenance.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements.
  • Ensure safe and clear site access for our team during agreed working hours.
  • Notify us promptly of any concerns during or after the work.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Driveways Gate Auckland’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
